Incorporation of Covagen AG

Zurich, January 8, 2007. Covagen AG was founded under Swiss law on January 8, 2007 in Zurich (Switzerland). Covagen is a spin-off company of the Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences at ETH Zurich and develops protein-based pharmaceuticals.
